Return Policy
At Gardenprun, we want customers to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the conditions outlined below.
To request a return, you must first contact us at service@gardenprun.com. Returns should not be sent back without prior approval and return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in acceptable condition. Returned products should be unused or appropriately preserved, and whenever possible, should be returned with original packaging and all included components. Because our products are decorative ceramic and vintage-style home items, customers should package return shipments carefully to reduce the risk of breakage during transport.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified issue such as receipt of a damaged item, a defective product, or an incorrect item sent by us. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs so that we can review the matter and assist you.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your return. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method, subject to applicable processing times from your payment provider.
Gardenprun reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the conditions of this policy, including items returned without approval, items showing unreasonable use or damage not caused during delivery, or items not returned to the designated return location.
