What shipping options do you offer?

How do I know if my order has been confirmed?
After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive it, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot locate your confirmation, please contact us at service@gardenprun.com.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or shipment preparation, we may not be able to make changes. We cannot guarantee order modifications after submission.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. We accept returns in accordance with our Return Policy. Returned items must meet the conditions outlined in that policy and must be sent to the designated return location after approval.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
